Ralph Aknin, Owner/President
With a get it done attitude, clients continue to trust Ralph on finding solutions and delivering exceptional results. He acts with integrity, transparency and honesty and that is why suppliers and customers rely on Ralph for his dedicated customer support and in-depth technical understanding of Glass 3 Enterprises’ product offerings and architectural commercial glass applications. For over 4 decades, Ralph has been a road warrior meeting with overseas factories, domestic manufacturers and customers while canvassing for new opportunities. Ralph is customer centric and believes that relationships deliver results.
Since 2003, G3E under the direction and tenacity of Ralph, continues to impact signature projects, always looking for game changing innovation in glass applications. He empowers his team to think critically and challenge ideas of what is possible to meet the needs of our customers.
Leslie Idems, Project Manager, East Coast
Working from our satellite offices in the Greater Toronto region for over a decade, Leslie is an ambassador for our products, service and to our customers. Putting our solutions in focus to every client remains impactful. Her precision and accuracy in details; from sourcing, planning, pricing to logistics ensures that each glass procurement is flawlessly delivered. Leslie knows how to manage, plan and execute to align with our customer’s objectives and expectations. Building strong relationships and managing project teams with ease and respect is part of her DNA. One of her key strengths lie in contributing to successful start up companies in varied competitive industries from Telecomm to Digital Signage to Architectural Glass. G3E is no exception as she uses her experience in manufacturing to design and enforce QC protocols, ensuring that our deliverables are continuously recognized and praised for design, quality, scheduling and application.
Josh Aknin, Director of Operations
Glass applications can be incredibly complex especially when procurement includes heavy fabrication, large or bent glass with timelines and sub-contractors working together to plan and build commercial projects. Josh plays a vital role in coordinating these activities, working with both domestic and international vendors to source the right product for the right project. His expertise lies well beyond planning, scheduling and adhering to budget expectations as he is our in-house problem-solver balancing successfully the needs of our factories, vendors and customers.
Ahmed Dahise, Project Manager
From start to finish, Ahmed is highly organized to supervise each project in a timely and efficient manner. He is well versed in all glass application methodologies and procedures as he meticulously coordinates flow and logistics with an analytical mind. He’s a collaborator, working with all stakeholders and knows how to present quotations to reach profitability for all parties. Managing schedules and activities, costs, timelines and coordinating efforts across entire projects is Ahmed’s greatest contribution to the team at G3E.

Biniiam has been with Glass 3 since 2018, making the jump from the medical industry sales, overseeing all of BC. With a keen interest in customer service, he has spent his 18-year career in customer facing roles. Previously holding positions in sales and management from varied industries; sports equipment to food and beverage to medical equipment and construction. At G3E, he is our swiss-army knife, managing projects while continually prospecting and creating beneficial relationships with vendors and clients. Analytical, with a key eye to presenting competitive and compelling estimates, he continues to go the extra mile to source alternates, look for innovative new glass products while ensuring our brand promise “Delivering Clear Value” is conveyed.
Gayle Morris, Market Development
A do-er, go-getter, thinker and unifier, Gayle is a big-picture gal, who thrives on rolling up her sleeves to uncover new opportunities. As she spearheads the go-to-market plans, which includes establishing a network of manufacturer’s reps in USA and in Canada, she remains an advocate for her team of reps, their clients and their success. Gayle knows that marketing isn’t solely about generating leads but combining the expertise of Glass 3’s Project Managers to deliver on every project, to every client, every day.
Laura Wheawall Johnson– Accountant
Our import from England since 2007, Laura’s accent may vary as her British tones appear to be far more crisp when she is passionate about a particular topic that’s in discussion. At the office, Laura brings her financial wizard-ness, attention to detail and proficiency to ensure that there are no stones left unturned. When she is not knee deep in preparing for month-end statements, Laura assists in daily office management to keep us all on our toes.
Dan Isserow, Chief Financial Officer
As CFO, Dan undertakes more than analyzing, preparing and presenting financials. He helps G3E make the right decisions to help grow the company’s directives to remain profitable and competitive. Dan’s contribution goes beyond crunching numbers as he looks at new project strategies, networks with industry, strategic goal development all while assuring that each project we undertake are on track and on time. He not only acts as CFO, but also as human resources director, problem solver and consultation on procedures and processes.
Working with G3E’s tight knit family, Jess brings her office administrative experience to help manage our day to day operations. Creative, dynamic, organized and goal-oriented and with a strong ability to prioritize orders and workflow, Jess joins our team to provide general support that help us execute on our big ideas!
Seth Maretz, Director of Sales
Seth has been serving the architectural commercial glass industry for 13 years. From building accountability through sales teams to Vice President, Seth joins us with a wealth of experience in all facets of project management, operations and sales. Customer centric and a relationship builder, Seth identifies with what sets G3E apart; our commitment to making sure all of our customers receive best in class for glass products, alternates, quality, wholesale pricing and services. Combining his industry knowledge and experience allows us to leverage our vendor relationships, our manufacturing partners and technical experience to every project while fostering accountability, transparency and a deep sense of responsibility. While a professional career in golf isn’t happening anytime soon, he has a 7-handicap! For real!!
While there are #dogsofinstragram, there is one dog at Glass 3 Enterprises who truly has full reigns as she travels from office to office to check in on us all. She may not know much about what we do…or how we do it (our secret sauce), but she sure knows where to find her next treat or two while always providing the warmest welcome to our visitors!
